ENGAGED: Kristen & Kevin

We enjoyed a fabulous fall day for Kristen and Kevin’s engagement session at the studio. They are getting married next year, but wanted to take advantage of the gorgeous fall colors. I think we found some great colors. We are blessed with so many picturesque spots in and around the studio, and we keep finding new ones! I really enjoyed spending time with Kristen and Kevin and seeing how much they love each other. I’m already excited about their wedding!

ENGAGED: Cindy & Tad

I used Cindy and Tad's engagement session to explore some different areas around the studio that I've had my eye on. It was incredibly refreshing to try some new things, and they were up for anything. Willing subjects and great light are a photographer's best friends, and I had both. We got a great mix of shots using the natural scenery outside, and the beautiful light inside the studio. Keep your eye on this blog for Cindy and Tad’s wedding images in April 2008!

ENGAGED: Francoise & Chris

We enjoyed a beautiful October day for Francoise and Chris' engagement session. We started off on the foot trails of Columbia with Chris' girls and their dogs before heading to Baltimore. Don't tell the police, but we snuck into the carousel to grab some fun shots! The Federal Hill neighborhood has some great architecture and fun doorways. Their wedding next year at the American Visionary Art Museum promises to be wonderful. I can't wait!

ENGAGED: Bethany & Randall

What can I say about Bethany and Randall? They are a super fun couple and totally in love with each other. We had a lot of fun during this session. Savage Mill, home of the Love Life Images studio, offers some really interesting places to shoot, including a picturesque bridge (the oldest iron railroad bridge in the US) and a gritty abandoned building. Bethany and Randall were up for anything, so we got a great variety of shots outside and also inside the studio. I'm looking forward to their November wedding!

ENGAGED: Tashunda & Mark

Engagement sessions are a great way for photographers to get to know their couples and to see them interact before the big day. They’re even better when a couple like Tashunda and Mark come in, full of smiles and laughs, and get you even more excited for their wedding. I can’t wait to see them again on October 6 for their wedding at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore.

Valerie & Erick

I recently photographed this engagement session with Valerie, Erick and their kids. They're a modern day Brady Bunch! I was a little nervous that 4 teenagers weren't going to enjoy a photo session, but they were really fun and made my job easy. I can't wait for the wedding. Congratulations Valerie and Erick!
